Brazos Micro Cap Fund (BJMIX)
The Brazos Micro Cap Fund seeks to provide maximum capital appreciation, consistent with reasonable risk to principal, by investing primarily in companies with market capitalizations of $600 million or lower, or a capitalization of companies represented in the lower 50% of the Russell 2000 Growth Index at the time of the portfolio's investment.  The capitalization of companies represented within the Russell 2000 Growth Index changes due to market conditions and changes in the composition of the Russell 2000 Growth Index.  As of November 30, 2007, the largest market capitalization in the lower 50% of the Russell Growth Index was approximately $649 million.

Brazos Small Cap Fund (BJSCX)

The Brazos Small Cap Fund seeks to provide maximum capital appreciation, consistent with reasonable risk to principal, by investing primarily in companies with market capitalizations of $200 million to $2.5 billion, or a capitalization of companies represented in the Russell 2000 Growth Index at the time of the portfolio's investment.  The capitalization within the Russell 2000 Growth Index changes due to market conditions and changes in the composition of the Russell 2000 Growth Index.  As of November 30, 2007, the largest market capitalization in the Russell 2000 Growth Index was approximately $5.0 billion.

Brazos Mid Cap Fund (BJMCX)
The Brazos Mid Cap Fund seeks to provide maximum capital appreciation, consistent with reasonable risk to principal, by investing primarily in companies with market capitalizations of $1.0 billion to $12 billion, or a capitalization of companies represented in the Russell Midcap Growth Index at the time of the portfolio's investment.  The capitalization of companies within the Russell Mid Cap Growth Index changes due to market conditions and changes in composition of the Russell Mid Cap Growth Index.  As of November 30, 2007, the market capitalization range in the Russell  Mid Cap Growth Index was approximately between $1.3 billion to $21.7 billion.

Brazos Growth Fund (BJGRX)
The Brazos Growth Fund seeks to provide maximum capital growth by investing primarily in a variety of market capitalization ranges, (micro cap to large cap) in which each asset class is represented. The Brazos Growth Fund has the ability to benefit from investing in companies with larger capitalization ranges in addition to small-to-mid capitalization ranges.
