Since the firm’s inception in 1983, Brazos Capital Management, L.P. (“we” or "BCM") has focused solely on managing small-to-mid capitalization equity portfolios. We have established a composite performance history of investing in Growth companies since 1983, Small Cap companies since 1987, and Mid Cap companies since 1989. Our growth strategies were originally offered as institutional separate accounts and primarily managed for corporations, pension plans, foundations, endowments, and municipalities.
We began managing the Brazos Mutual Funds on December 31, 1996 in response to the demand from smaller institutional investors. The Brazos Mutual Funds (Micro Cap, Small Cap, Mid Cap, and Growth Funds) are managed by the same team of investment professionals as the firm's separately managed accounts, and the same investment philosophy and process are used for the these funds. All four of the mutual funds are dedicated to providing shareholders with maximum capital appreciation, consistent with reasonable risk to principal.
